Maximus is a hotel located in Byblos, Lebanon. Our undertaking involved the integration of a tailored rear facade using composite panels, an exterior emergency staircase, and the installation of a front glass facade. Additionally, we implemented a custom enclosure for the outdoor swimming pool for year-round access.
To meet the architect’s vision, we used composite panels for the rear facade, meticulously arranging them to form the distinctive pattern showcased below, featuring a blend of flat and rounded panels. For the exterior emergency staircase, we opted for powder-coated expanded aluminum sheets to seamlessly integrate it into the building’s aesthetic.
The decision to opt for a minimalist glass facade was deliberate, aimed at providing unobstructed views of the cityscape while brightening the interior spaces with natural light.
On the swimming pool terrace, we installed a state-of-the-art telescopic pool enclosure, designed to seamlessly blend outdoor and indoor environments while providing protection and comfort regardless of the weather.
